Cornice Beauty is a Tanzanian manufacturer of natural and organic skincare and haircare, founded by Mwajuma Shingo. We make body balms, oils, scrubs, soaps and hair products for customers who want to care for their natural skin and hair.

The vision behind the name.
The brand is named for Cornice, the late sister of founder Mwajuma Shingo. Cornice inspired the original idea, and Mwajuma continued that vision by building the company in her memory.
Working with women and local farmers.
We partner with local farmers and women in rural communities who supply natural ingredients. Our seaweed products are part of this connection to coastal resources and the people who work with them. These sourcing relationships also create income opportunities within local communities.
